Ayurveda & Yoga Retreat at Can Tunio

In this Ayurveda and Yoga immersive retreat in Ibiza,the participants will learn techniques of traditional Hatha Yoga like practice of Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Bandhas and the cleansing practices. Since the focus of this retreat is Ayurveda and Yoga we will work in together in the direction of teaching the best practices oaf Ayurveda and Yoga so that the participants will not only enrich themselves with the right knowledge but will be able to have all the tools to bring with them so that they can benefit from the practices and continue living a disease free, balanced, happy and healthy life. During this week long retreat the food will be Ayurveda based vegetarian items which will be made by our chef using locally grown fresh organic produce only. The food will be primarily Indian cuisines as the birthplace of Ayurveda is India, the chefs will be creating the food using Indian herbs and spices. Which are very delicious and also have great medicinal properties. During the retreat we will teach you how to cook different dishes by incorporating the principals of Ayurveda.     This retreat is focused on learning about Ayurveda and Yoga, our teachers with many years of experience will be sharing their experience with all the participants.
    You will learn the basic Ayurveda and within Yoga you will learn Asana, Pranayama and the detox techniques of Hatha Yoga.
    You will learn how to meditate, you will also learn deep relaxation technique of Yoga Nidra.
    You will learn the basics of Ayurveda how it is used in promoting of positive health.
    You will learn the concepts of Vata, Pitta and Kapha. Also you will learn which body type you are and how you should deal with your health issues.
    Personalised diet regimen will be created for you to follow after the retreat.

    Who can join ?

    If you are a beginner to yoga this is a great opportunity to introduce yourself to the life changing science of yoga. If you are an experienced practitioner you can deepen your practice and also learn many new thing which will be taught by a very experienced teacher.

    What will you learn ?

    Introduction to Asana (physical postures),
    Pranayama (breathing exercises), Mudras (psychic gestures), Kriyas (yogic cleansing techniques) , Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation technique), Meditation and the Philosophy of Yoga, Sacred Tantric Fire rituals and Mantra chanting.

    Our Retreat Schedule

    • 8th to 14th May 2022
    • Day 1st Arrival at the retreat check-in at 1500hrs, welcome drink/ snacks, dinner followed by a group meeting. Opening sacred tantric fire ceremony with chanting of mantras for an auspicious beginning.

    Day 2 – day 6

    • 0630 to 0715 Morning Meditation
    • 0715 to 0800 Tea and Fresh Fruits
    • 0800 to 0930 Asana Pranayama (physical practice and breath exercises)
    • 1000 to 1130 Yoga Philosopy
    • 1300 to 1345 Buffet Lunch
    • 1415 to 1500 Yoga Nidra
    • 1515 to 1630 Tea
    • 1630 to 1800 Asana Pranayama
    • 1900 to 2000 Dinner

    Day 7 Morning mediation, brunch, group meeting and check out at 10:00 hrs.

    Accommodation options:

    The house has four suite rooms with in suite toilet and two rooms are with toilet outside with exclusive use for the occupants only.

    All the rooms have twin beds in it, we are offering shared option for the participants however the accommodation is also available for single occupancy.
